ccb66 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

Welcome to ccb66. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ccb66 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ccb66 website located at ccb66.pro and all related services, products, games and features offered thereon. Please read these Terms carefully in their entirety before registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager on the ccb66 platform.

By accessing or using any part of the ccb66 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform. ccb66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform, which stores balance, transaction history, bonus eligibility and personal preferences.

• "Bonus Funds" means any non-cash credits, free spins, free bets or promotional amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of ccb66 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with ccb66 or any other gambling operator. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded may not circumvent the exclusion by creating a new account.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the ccb66 Platform, including placing wagers and making deposits, you must register a Player Account. The following terms govern the registration and security of your Account:

• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details required by ccb66. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party. ccb66 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• ccb66 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the customer relationship — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time ccb66 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
• Only one Account per person, household, IP address and payment method is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any winnings or bonuses accumulated in breach of this rule will be voided.
• You must notify ccb66 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, any suspicious activity, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised. Notification should be sent to [email protected].

ccb66 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you unless and until you have notified us of a security breach. You accept full responsibility for all activity on your Account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms govern all financial transactions on the ccb66 Platform. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. ccb66 does not charge fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. Fees imposed by the payment provider itself are beyond ccb66's control and remain the Player's responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's Account wallet within minutes of payment confirmation by the payment provider. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 minutes, the Player should contact ccb66 support with proof of the payment transaction.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times vary by payment method but ccb66 targets same-day processing for verified accounts. ccb66 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method and account details. ccb66 does not accept third-party deposits. Funds sent from a payment account not registered in the Player's name will be returned and the originating account may be investigated for fraud.
• ccb66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited into a Player Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of the account and delay of withdrawal processing pending compliance review.
• In the event that a deposit is made in error (wrong amount, duplicate transaction), the Player must notify ccb66 support immediately. ccb66 will investigate and, where a genuine error is confirmed, will process a refund to the original payment source within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ccb66 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. A Player may only claim the welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus using a duplicate account is fraudulent conduct and will result in account closure.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly at the point of offer. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from completing the wagering requirement on bonus funds may be withdrawn. Real-money balance and bonus balance are tracked separately. Wagers placed using bonus funds count towards the rollover requirement; wagers placed using real-money balance do not.
• ccb66 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a Player's Account, and to modify or cancel the terms of any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice to affected Players.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play. ccb66 reserves the right to withhold bonus awards or void bonus winnings where it has reason to believe a Player is exploiting promotion structures (bonus abuse), using automated software or acting in coordination with other accounts to generate artificial turnover.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the ccb66 Platform are governed by the following fair-play principles and technical standards:

• All RNG-based games (slots, virtual sports, crash games) use certified Random Number Generators that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are available on the respective game information pages.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studios operated by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The outcome of every live game is determined by the physical actions of the live dealer and is not subject to any software manipulation by ccb66.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, software error or game freeze — ccb66 will investigate using server-side logs. Where a malfunction voids the play of a round, any stakes wagered in that round will be returned to the Player's Account. ccb66's decision on technical malfunction disputes is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ccb66 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, layer or integrate the proceeds of criminal activity. ccb66 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• Collusion — coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, poker, or any team-based wagering activity. Any evidence of coordinated play between accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.
• Use of automated software — deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets, exploit game logic, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Bonus abuse — systematically exploiting promotional offers through duplicate accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or any other method designed to generate artificial rollover without genuine play intent.
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at ccb66 staff, live dealers, or other Players through any communication channel available on or related to the Platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

ccb66 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits — Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in their Account settings. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours after the request to increase is submitted.
• Time-out — Players may take a temporary break from the Platform by activating a time-out period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a time-out, login access is disabled. Time-outs cannot be cancelled before they expire.
• Self-Exclusion — Players who feel that gambling has become a problem may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected] and will be processed within 24 hours. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ccb66 Platform is protected by intellectual property rights as follows:

• The ccb66 name, logo, website design, graphics, text content and all other original materials published on ccb66.pro are the exclusive intellectual property of ccb66. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ccb66.
• Game content (graphics, audio, game mechanics, paytables) is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi and others) and is used on the Platform under licence. Players may not copy, capture or redistribute any game content.
• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to sublicence, sell, resell or commercially exploit any part of the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ccb66 limits its liability as follows:

• ccb66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, even if ccb66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• ccb66's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is greater.
• ccb66 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ccb66 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uptime.

11. Suspension and Termination

ccb66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at its discretion. The following terms apply to account suspension and termination:

• ccb66 may suspend a Player Account immediately and without prior notice where there is a reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage play, or regulatory requirement to do so. During suspension, the Player will be unable to log in, place bets or make withdrawals.
• Where a Player Account is terminated following a confirmed breach of these Terms, ccb66 reserves the right to forfeit any real-money balance, bonus funds and pending withdrawals in the Account. Where no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method.
• Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting ccb66 support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (net of pending bonuses subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player within 5 business days.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ccb66 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ccb66 will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the ccb66 Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, ccb66 encourages Players to contact the support team in the first instance via [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. ccb66 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
